Typically, completing a project takes between 4-6 weeks, depending on how promptly you provide feedback and content. We’ll provide you with a detailed timeline so you know exactly when each step needs to be completed by both you and us.

Before we start the design process and officially kick off the project, you’ll receive a timeline for completing all questionnaires and our Brand Strategy Worksheet. Please ensure these are completed according to the schedule provided when you book your project and sign our contract.

• Primary logo (main logo used for website and primary brand applications where a full logo is required. Often in horizontal form).

• Secondary Logo (Another version of the primary logo. May be stacked or vertical if the primary logo does not fit).

• Subbrand (A simplified version. Can be used for social media, stickers, stamps, etc. Often circular.)

• Monogram (Initials of the business name. Taken on a case-by-case basis and may not be appropriate for every project).

• Icon (A simplified symbol that becomes a recognizable part of your brand. Can be used separately and/or within logo variations).

You'll receive a detailed 15+ page Brand Style Guide that includes your brand strategy,:

- visual brand elements

- explanations of file types and how to use them correctly

- colour codes for your colour palette

- how to use brand fonts

- download links assets

- tips on how to best use your new brand elements

- recommendations on visual guidelines and much more.

Consider this guide your go-to resource when implementing and referencing anything for your brand.

It can also be used when you are hiring team members, adding new components to your business, etc.

Remember, consistency is key to building a successful, memorable brand and instils confidence in your audience. Your brand style guide is essential to keeping your branding consistent and remarkable.
